FAQ

Questions parents ask.

Ages, safety, logistics, and booking, answered.

Training

What ages do you train?

Young athletes ages 5 to 14. Programs are grouped by age so every kid trains with peers at their level.

Is strength training safe for kids?

Yes, when it is coached and age-appropriate. Research from pediatric and sports-medicine groups supports supervised youth strength training. We teach technique first, use bodyweight and light loads, and progress slowly.

What does a session look like?

A dynamic warm-up, skill work (speed, agility, or strength), a fun competitive game, and a cool-down. Confirm session flow.

My child isn’t sporty yet. Is that OK?

Absolutely. Foundations is built for kids who are just getting started. Confidence comes first.
